Hunza is a mountainous valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. Situated in the extreme northern part of Pakistan, bordering with the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan and the Xinjiang region of China, Hunza is said to have the longest living citizens, with their age exceeding 100 years old! The valley has breath-taking panoramic views to offer to the adventurous and a variety of treks of all levels of difficulty. The village itself has more to offer, the fairy-tale castle of Hunza’s old capital Baltit, is an exceptional landmark built 700 years ago and the view is sublime.
